Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
Boys Program
Lake Superior Pirates Refund Policy The Lake Superior Pirates (LSP) strive to be fair and transparent regarding refunds. All refund requests are reviewed on an individual, case-by-case basis. Submission of payment constitutes agreement to the following policy: Refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated based on timing, costs already incurred, and the ability to replace the player. No refunds will be issued if a player misses a tournament, practice, or event due to personal commitments, scheduling conflicts, or participation with another team without prior authorization from both LSP coaches and LSP administration. Illness-related absences will not qualify for refunds. Refunds will not be issued for day-to-day or short-term illnesses, including common or unforeseen illnesses that prevent participation. Injury-related refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be issued only if the player’s roster spot can be filled in order to cover costs already committed, including but not limited to tournament fees, ice time, uniforms, and administrative expenses. If a player is unable to be replaced, regardless of the reason—including prior commitments, conflicts with another team, illness, or late withdrawal—no refund will be issued. Any other circumstances or concerns not outlined above must be submitted in writing and directed to LSP Administration for review.
